**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Representative at Zaimboo, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty while representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, order placement, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide personalized assistance to address customer concerns and ensure a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or trends to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Uphold Zaimboo's brand reputation by delivering exceptional service and fostering positive customer relationships.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English and Hindi.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
