Responsibilities:

- **Management**: Oversee daily bakery operations, manage and train junior staff, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- **Inventory**: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure timely production of baked goods
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other kitchen staff and coordinate with suppliers
- **Cost control**: Manage cost control and budgeting
- **Seasonal menus**: Plan and execute seasonal menus
- **Equipment**: Maintain equipment and tools
- **Industry trends**: Stay updated on industry trends and implement new baking techniques
- **Customer service**: Handle customer inquiries and special orders

Requirements:

- **Baking Skills**:Deep knowledge of various baking techniques, including bread making, pastries, cakes, cookies, and different doughs.
- **Creativity**:Ability to design and develop new recipes, experiment with flavors, and create visually appealing presentations.
- **Attention to Detail**:Precise measuring and careful handling of ingredients to ensure consistent quality.
- **Food Safety**:Understanding and adherence to proper food safety and sanitation practices.
- **Leadership Skills**:Managing a team of bakers, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
- **Time Management**:Effectively managing baking schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- **Organizational Skills**:Maintaining inventory, proper storage, and efficient workflow.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in using various baking equipment like ovens, mixers, and decorating tools.
