We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commi 2 & Commi 3 - Bakery team members to join our kitchen. You will assist in preparing a variety of breads, desserts, and pastries in a fast-paced, quality-driven bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily production of breads, cakes, cookies, muffins, desserts and other bakery items
- Follow standard recipes and instructions from senior bakery chefs
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in your station
- Complete all mise en place prior to service
- Ensure correct storage of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Support inventory control by notifying seniors of stock requirements
- Uphold FSSAI and internal food safety standards

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen
- Basic knowledge of doughs, baking techniques, and dessert plating
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail
- Good hygiene and work discipline
