1. **Teaching & Training**
- Instruct students in the art of baking—breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.
- Demonstrate baking techniques, use of equipment, and hygiene practices.
- Create lesson plans, practical schedules, and evaluation methods.
- Guide students in hands-on practice and skill development.

2. **Recipe Development**
- Develop and standardize recipes for training purposes.
- Innovate modern and traditional bakery products.
- Ensure recipes suit various skill levels (basic to advanced).

3. **Classroom & Kitchen Management**
- Prepare ingredients, tools, and equipment before each class.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor student activities and ensure proper food handling.

4. **Student Evaluation & Support**
- Assess student progress through practical and written tests.
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve.
- Motivate and inspire students to pursue careers in baking and pastry arts.

5. **Event & Competition Preparation**
- Train students for bakery competitions or internal school events.
- Help organize bakery exhibitions, live demos, and workshops.

6. **Inventory & Supplies**
- Manage stock of ingredients and materials used in training.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality control of raw materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
