**Customer Interaction**: Greet customers, help them locate products, answer questions, and offer product recommendations.
- **Sales & Payments**: Process customer transactions, handle payments (cash and card), and provide receipts.
- **Inventory Management**: Restock shelves, rotate stock, ensure proper product placement, and remove expired items.
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep shelves stocked, displays neat, and the store floor clean, organized, and sanitized.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn about new products and recommend appropriate items to customers.
- Customer Service: Friendly demeanor, excellent communication, and a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Accurately processing payments and ensuring merchandise is correctly displayed and within its expiration date.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other staff members to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like stocking shelves.

**Other Common Duties**
- Assisting with other departments, such as working as a cashier or bagger.
- Unloading delivery trucks and organizing stock rooms.
- Following instructions from managers and adhering to food safety guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
