**Role Summary**:
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on leads, closing sales, and aligning every interaction with The Cozy Nook's core values. As a brand ambassador, you will update and manage leads in the CRM system, ensure smooth closures, and maintain high ethical standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**:
- Follow up on incoming leads promptly and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Use the CRM system to update and track leads, ensuring accurate data management.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Close sales efficiently by understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Host the closure process to ensure a seamless handover and transition for clients.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure their satisfaction with The Cozy Nook’s services.
- Act as the main point of contact post-closure to maintain client relationships and address any concerns.
- **Alignment with Core Values**:

**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- **Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High moral and ethical standards.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
- Positive, adaptable, and open to learning.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
