**Job Summary**:
Emerge Stores is looking for a **Sales Advisor** who is passionate about retail, customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and promoting products to ensure excellent shopping experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store display.
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support in daily store operations and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **0-1 year of experience** in retail sales (apparel/fashion preferred).
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing operations.
- Energetic, confident, and target-orientated personality.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / graduate preferred.
- **Immediate joiners** will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives (performance based)
