**Key Responsibilities**

Project Management: Handle multiple interior design projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Design Development: Create innovative and functional design concepts for both residential and commercial projects, tailored to client needs and preferences.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and creative solutions to meet their design goals.

Space Planning: Develop detailed space plans, layouts, and elevations that optimize the use of space and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the interiors.

Material Selection: Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design concept and project budget.

Visualization: Produce high-quality renderings, sketches, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.

Site Supervision: Oversee the implementation of design projects on-site, ensuring that the work is executed according to the design specifications and quality standards.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on design integrity.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into design projects.

**Qualifications**

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Multitasking Ability: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with ease.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively**.**

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.

Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the design are meticulously planned and executed.

Problem Solving: Creative and proactive approach to solving design challenges and issues.
