**Responsibilities**

We're seeking an Interior Designer with a keen eye for detail and creativity to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to develop design concepts and deliver exceptional interiors. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements
- Developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Selecting furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials to enhance the overall design concept
- Creating detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for interior construction and installation
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to project timelines and budgets
- Conducting site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and quality
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends, products, and technologies to inform design decisions

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quantity estimating or cost estimating, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
