1) Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, any 3D modelling software's and Photoshop.

2) Proficient in design of Interiors and Exteriors (Residential and Commercial spaces).

3) Well versed with the 3D visualisation tools for interior and exterior design.

4) Knowledge of creating 3D & 2D floor plans.

5) Ability to collaborate with other teams to complete the work.

6) Knowledge of creating walkthrough videos and 360deg views.

7) Ability to create 2D detailed or production drawings for interiors and exteriors.

6) Knowledge of lightning and post-production settings to create realistic renderings.

7) Ability to draft residential/commercial plans.

8) Knowledge to create design quotations.

9) Ability to conduct meetings with clients.

10) Co-ordinate with clients for completion of the projects.

11) Conduct site verifications.

12) Co-ordination and design clarification with vendors and sub-contractors.

**Qualification**:
Any Degree/ Diploma
