Business Development: Find and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Generate leads, establish contact with potential customers, and build a strong sales pipeline. Attend trade shows, conferences, and business events to promote the company's products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents. Understand their needs, provide product information and demonstrations, and address any inquiries or issues promptly. Foster long-term partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms. Resolve any pricing or contractual disputes in a timely manner.
- Order Processing and Management: Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Monitor order status, address any delivery issues, and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts and provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive overall sales growth.
