**Job Summary**:
The Domestic Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the domestic market by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of local market trends, customer needs, and effective communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the domestic sales market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in domestic sales or a similar role (Fresher with strong skills may be considered)
- Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, etc.] preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
