**Job Title**: Experienced Telecaller (Work from Home)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, and promoting our products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**: Identify potential leads, qualify them based on customer needs, and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with clients by addressing their queries, providing information, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Data Entry & CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and lead status in the company’s CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with the company’s offerings and communicate features, benefits, and promotions effectively to customers.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets as set by the team leader/manager.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Provide feedback from customers to the management team and help identify trends, objections, and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner. Fluency in [languages relevant to the role] is required.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines consistently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems (and proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively and find solutions that meet client needs.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently in a remote work environment, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a background in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
