**Role and Responsibilities**:We seek a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will promote and sell our business listing services to potential clients over the phone. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our business listing services.

2. Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their requirements.

3. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

5. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

7. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for closing deals.

**Experience Required**:0-2 Years.
**Location**: Remote / Work from Home
**Level/Salary Range**: Competitive with WFH allowances
**Position Type**:Full-time

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
