**Job Title: Tele calling Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
- Provide detailed information about products/services, answering any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record and manage customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of scripts and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele calling or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle objections and manage rejection positively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
