Qc Officer

The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all fabricated products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. This role involves monitoring and inspecting production processes, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high levels of product quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform various tests (e.g., dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections) to ensure product compliance with specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify deviations and non-conformities in the production process and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
- Conduct periodic supplier audits and assessments.
- Address and resolve supplier quality issues promptly.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of defects.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality control.
