**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP)
- Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of quality management systems
- Investigate and document quality-related issues and non-conformities
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Support training sessions and promote quality awareness across departments
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams for quality improvements

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance/control role (industry-specific)
- Knowledge of quality standards and systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant quality tools (e.g., 5S, 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis)
