The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all fabricated products meet the company's quality standards and specifications. This role involves monitoring and inspecting production processes, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high levels of product quality, on-site installation quality and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Conduct on-site inspection of installed products for maintaining quality.
- Perform various tests (e.g., dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections) to ensure product compliance with specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Identify deviations and non-conformities in the production process and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
- Conduct periodic supplier audits and assessments.
- Address and resolve supplier quality issues promptly.
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of defects.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality control.

**Key Skills**:
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Root Cause Analysis, Analytical Skills, etc.

**Experience**:
Minimum 3 Years of experience as quality officer, Preferable from manufacturing or architectural industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
