**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment & Staffing**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding.
- **Payroll & Compliance**:

- Process employee payroll accurately and handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- **Performance Management**:

- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee feedback processes.
- Track key performance indicators and assist managers with performance improvement plans.
- **Employee Engagement & Retention**:

- Organize employee engagement programs, events, and team-building activities.
- Handle grievances and foster a positive work environment to ensure high retention.
- **Training & Development**:

- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development and upskilling.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning programs and maintain training records.
- **Policy Management**:

- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure smooth communication of policies and maintain the employee handbook.
- **HR Analytics & Reporting**:

- Generate reports on HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and recruitment progress.
- Provide insights to the leadership team for workforce planning and budgeting.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
