
Back Office Associate

SPK Finserve is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Backoffice Executive to support core functions spanning primariy in Investments and Insurance. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of mutual funds and health Insurance, looking to grow in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mutual Funds transaction execution and operations related task.
- Insurance Support Coordinate and track insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and TPAs for claim documentation and query resolution, valuation reports, etc.
Investment Transactions & OperationsSupport execution of investment instructions across mutual funds, bonds, and insurance-linked investments.
- Prepare investment summaries, client trackers, and MIS reports.
- Handle documentation for KYC, FATCA, mandates, and transaction forms.
- Follow up with AMCs and clients for approvals, NAVs, and discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / LLB / CS Executive / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tax/GST portals, and MCA21.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

- Strong ethical grounding and confidentiality.
- Interest in learning across both legal and finance domains.
