**:
Essentially, a Sales and Marketing Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, providing administrative and operational support to Marketing, Sales and pre-sales teams, ultimately contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and promotional items.
- Managing social media platforms and website.
- Creating social media creatives with support of AI tools.
- Developing tailored presentations and content for marketing needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on-brand and effective.
- Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams.
- Assisting with sales RFP's, proposals, presentations, and demos.
- Maintaining accurate sales data, CRM updates, and reporting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or Operations role.
- **Marketing automation**: Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus..
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- **Organization**: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- **Attention to detail**: Accuracy in data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- **Interpersonal skills**: Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks.
- **Proficiency in technology**: Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software. (Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
- **Dashboards and Reports**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and MIS.
