- Citrix Remote Applications management
- Microsoft Office, Authenticator, OneDrive and Skype for Business client support
- SAP Basis related tasks: Users & printers management in GA SAP environments
- SAP Basis related tasks: SAP GUI & BI troubleshooting
- User workplace: Initial support for antivirus and other security solutions deployment
- User workplace: SCCM client deployment and software installation
- Cisco VoIP management: basic management
- EDI messages tracking
- Corporate MES monitoring and health check support
- Creation, update and/or improvement of working instructions defined from Corporate IT
