**Job description**
**:
We are looking to hire a Sales Associate to work closely with our Sales team to support various aspects of human resources management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team and contribute to various aspects of the sales process. This internship program is designed to provide you with practical experience and training to jumpstart your career in sales.
**Roles & Responsibilities**- Assist the sales team in prospecting new clients and generating leads.Research potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.Support the development of sales presentations and proposals.-
Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and tactics.Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry-related events.Assist in analyzing and reporting on sales data and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.Strong desire to pursue a career in sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and results-driven.Ability to work effectively in a team.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior sales experience or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
