Key Responsibilities:

- **Pre-Production**:

- Assist in creating detailed production schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors (caterers, AV technicians, decorators, etc.) to confirm details and deliverables.
- Manage equipment and material logistics, including transportation and delivery.
- Conduct site visits to assess venue requirements and potential challenges.
- Prepare necessary documentation like crew lists, equipment manifests, and site diagrams.
- **On-Site Operations**:

- Oversee the set-up and breakdown of event elements (stages, backdrops, furniture, etc.).
- Monitor event flow and address any operational issues that arise.
- Coordinate with event staff (ushers, security, catering crew) to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage communication channels between different teams and departments.
- Conduct pre-event checks to ensure all aspects are ready.
- **Post-Production**:

- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment return.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and create post-event reports.
- Help with invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Contribute to debriefing sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Relevant Experience:

- Prior experience in event production, logistics, or operations.
- Understanding of event planning principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with various event equipment and technical aspects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
