Key Responsibilities:

- **Safe Driving**:

- Operate company vehicles responsibly, following all traffic laws and safety guidelines.
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper functionality and report any issues.
- Maintain awareness of road conditions and weather changes to adjust driving accordingly.
- **Event Logistics**:

- Transport event staff, performers, and VIP guests to and from designated locations as per schedule.
- Load and unload event equipment, including stage setups, sound systems, lighting fixtures, and catering supplies.
- Coordinate with event managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and address any logístical challenges.
- **Communication and Customer Service**:

- Maintain professional communication with event staff, clients, and other drivers.
- Respond promptly to requests and provide updates on vehicle status.
- Assist with passenger needs, including loading and unloading assistance.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Regularly check vehicle fluids, tire pressure, and overall condition.
- Report any maintenance issues to the designated supervisor promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate driving logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
- Submit necessary paperwork and reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving large vehicles (vans, trucks) if required by the event type
- Strong understanding of local geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
