Event Runner

Key Responsibilities
- **Event Setup & Execution**: Oversee on-site event setup, branding, logistics, and breakdown.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with suppliers, caterers, decorators, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the on-ground point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain event checklists, attendance sheets, inventory logs, and post-event reports.
- **Logistics Management**: Handle transportation, material movement, and storage of event assets.
- **Promotion Support**: Assist in executing promotional activities like sampling, roadshows, and activations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the event planning and marketing teams to align field execution with overall strategy.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience/freshers in field event execution or brand activations
- Willingness to travel and work hours, including weekends during events working in late nights.
- Working in operations late night, supervision during event days.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
