**Job Title**: Accounts & Finance Executive

**Location**: [Sriperumpudur,chennai]

**Experience Required**: 5 to 10 Years

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: [Upto **25,000**] (Based on experience and skills)

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including purchase and sales entries
- Prepare and maintain P&L accounts, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations
- Handle complete GST filings, reconciliation, and returns
- Ensure accurate TDS/TCS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings
- Manage PF/ESI compliance and timely submissions
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns and coordinate with auditors when required
- Process and verify vendor payments, salaries, and other outflows
- Maintain bank accounts, monitor fund flow and perform monthly consolidation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and tax regulations
- Provide financial insights for decision-making and budgeting

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PF/ESI rules
- Experience in monthly and annual closing of books
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy
