**Job Description - Finance & Accounts Executive**

**Position**: Finance & Accounts Executive
**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Location**: A4 Hospitals & Fertility centre
**Reports to**: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

**Job Summary**:
The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The role specifically focuses on **TDS, GST filing, and Income Tax returns**, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions as per statutory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow, and MIS reports.

**2. Taxation & Compliance**
- Handle **TDS computation, deduction, payment, and filing of returns**.
- Manage **GST computation, input tax credit, reconciliation, and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns**.
- Assist in **Income Tax computation & filing** of returns for the company and employees (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, deadlines, and audits.

**3. Payroll & Vendor Payments**
- Support payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT).
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure correct TDS deduction on vendor/consultant payments.

**4. Audit & Reporting**
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and documentation.
- Provide data for management decision-making and budgeting.

**5. Coordination & Support**
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities for compliance.
- Support the finance manager in financial planning and cost control.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and data.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- **2-4 years** of experience in finance & accounts (healthcare/industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **TDS, GST, and Income Tax filings**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software**.
- Good understanding of statutory compliance and financial regulations.
