**Job Title : Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts**

**Job Type : Full-Time**

**CTC : 3.5 to 5.5 LPA**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail - driven Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts to oversee core finance operations in our service-driven organisation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Handle end to end accounting including bookkeeping, ledger management and finalisation of accounts.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts Payable and accounts Receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and statutory bodies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and reporting
- Implementation and maintain internal controls and financial policies
- Payroll processing and employee reimbursements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting

** 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts**
- Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MIS reporting
