**Job Summary**:
As a Finance/Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Bookkeeping and Recordkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**2. Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Generate financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Compile data for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

**3. Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and customers to resolve payment and billing issues.

**4. Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct basic financial analysis, such as trend analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.

**5. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation and supporting schedules for audits and financial reviews.

**6. Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
