Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Record-Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and budget variance reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable and receivable.

4. Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.

5. Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

6. Financial Planning:

- Assist in preparing financial plans and budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Provide financial support to the management team in making informed business decisions.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally or SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
