**Job Title**: Telecaller cum Business Development Executive (Education/Admission)
**Location**: kolkata (Park Street)
**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹14,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation and Counseling**: Provide relevant information on courses, programs, and admission procedures to help students make informed choices.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants to enhance enrollment numbers.
- **Database Management**: Update and manage student databases, maintaining accurate records of communication and follow-up requirements.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in promotional activities and campaigns, representing the institution positively and professionally.
- **Target-Free Sales Approach**: Achieve results without specific sales targets; focus on quality interactions and positive outcomes.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Languages**: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, especially in educational institutes or consultancies, is preferred.
- **Education Knowledge**: Basic understanding of the education industry and admission processes.
- **Personality**: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
