**Position Overview**:

- Drive **B2B sales** by identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conduct **outbound sales calls** to potential corporate clients to introduce and promote Chayam Tea products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients, hotels**, **restaurants, and cafés** to understand their needs and preferences.
- Communicate fluently and smartly in **English** to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Manage and update **customer relationship management** (CRM) systems with client interactions and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
