Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-up on leads from various sources.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present products and services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and support campaigns.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:HS, Graduate
- **Experience**: Previous 6 Month To 1 year experience in telesales or a similar sales role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
