**Job Responsibilities-**
- Conducting process training batches for new joiners.
- Ensuring nesting and initial on-floor assistance.
- Conduct refresher training.
- Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
- Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Ensure successful execution of training needs.
- Participate in Internal & External Calibrations

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals.
- A stronghold of the language (English) and good knowledge of grammar, pronunciation, spelling, and vocabulary.
- A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents.
