We are hiring an IT Trainer who can take ownership of both technical and process training for our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT concepts and a passion for training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical and process training sessions to new and existing employees
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Mandatory)
• 2years - 5 years of experience as an IT Trainer or Technical Trainer
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for learners
• Comfortable working in EST shift
