**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make welcome calls to customers after the policy is sold.
- Clarify policy benefits and address any questions related to the policy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any mis-selling issues in the most ethical way possible.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports to management on customer engagement and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance products and policies
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
