Job Description.

**Compliance Executive**

Location : Andheri

**Accountability**:

- Develop And Maintain Regulatory Policies And Procedures Under The Compliance Program, Managing Day-to-day Compliance Operations. 2. Review Existing Business Processes To Ensure Compliance With IRDAI Regulations. 3. Prepare Regular Compliance Status Reports To Keep Management Informed Of Compliance Efforts And Progress. 4. Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Implement Compliance Requirements Across All Organizational Processes. 5. Identify Alleged Violations Of IRDAI Laws And Insurance Broking Regulations, Recommending Procedures For Corrective Actions.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledgeable In Insurance Broking Laws And IRDAI Regulations

**Educational**
**Qualification**:
Preferably CS, LLB, Or MBA

**Experience & Age**:
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In An In-house Compliance Role Within An Insurance Or Insurance Broking Company.
