We are from Cipher Trivia, a leading talent recruitment company for Hotels, Resorts, Hospitals, Airlines, Corporate Offices we operate all over the world, our headquarter is in Bangalore. Our client is a 5 star rated leading hospitality and resort in Bannerghatta Bangalore, our property is popular for day out events, corporate events, weddings and other events we are looking for a professional who can join our team as a Venue Coordinator/Sales Executive

**Key responsibilities.**
- Assist with enquiry calls for prospect weddings/ corporate events.
- Qualifies leads received for prospect weddings and corporate events and obtain the necessary information to formulate a proposal.
- Handles telephone calls and accurately takes messages, new enquiries, check availability for both function and guest rooms.
- Check function and guestroom availability for site inspections
- Explain the all type of venue available and its features and amenities
- Explain how venue can be used or multiple type of events
- Give walkthrough the customers at the venue visit
- Help Customers to book the venue
- Answer customer queries
- Call and followup with customer
- Negotiate with customers to achieve the most favorable terms
- Help customers in explaining event operations at venue
- Explain about the guest accommodation.
- Maintain a good understanding of clients
- Handle guests’ requests independently by supplying information
- Conduct site inspections if required

**Qualification**

Very Good in Speaking English

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Job Location**: Bannerghatta - Bangalore

**Experience**: 6 months

Requires very good communication and negotiation skills

**Interview Round**:1 HR Discussion1 Managerial Discussion.

**Salary**: ₹225,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
