**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and update curriculum to align with current trends and standards in hospital administration.
- Evaluate students’ performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
- **Research and Scholarly Activities**:

- Conduct research in hospital administration, healthcare systems, or related fields.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and present findings at conferences.
- Mentor students in research projects and dissertations.
- **Academic Advising and Mentorship**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to students for academic and professional growth.
- Support students in internships, placements, and career planning.
- **Administration and Coordination**:

- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to administrative tasks, such as organizing seminars and workshops.
- Liaise with healthcare institutions to facilitate partnerships and student training opportunities.
- **Community and Professional Engagement**:

- Engage with healthcare organizations to stay updated on industry practices and advancements.
- Represent the department at academic and professional forums.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- A master’s degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or a related field (a Ph.D. is preferred).
- Teaching certification (if applicable) is an advantage.
- **Professional Experience**:

- Fresher/1-3 years
- Relevant work experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or academia.
- Experience in teaching or training in higher education is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare systems, and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching, research, and administration.
