- **Student Mentorship and Support**:

- Provide academic advising, career guidance, and mentorship to students in the hospital administration program.
- Support students in their internships, placements, and project work in hospital management.
- **Research and Development**:

- Engage in scholarly activities and research within the field of hospital administration and healthcare management.
- Publish research findings in academic journals and present at conferences to contribute to the academic community.
- **Collaboration and Institutional Contribution**:

- Collaborate with other faculty members, departments, and industry professionals to improve academic offerings and foster interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Contribute to institutional activities such as academic planning, organizing guest lectures, and representing the institution in industry forums.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and industry experts to bridge the gap between academia and real-world practices.
- Stay updated on healthcare policies, hospital administration trends, and technology advancements to incorporate them into teaching.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., from NABH or any relevant accreditation body) is desirable.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching or professional practice in hospital administration, healthcare management, or related fields.
- Prior experience in curriculum development and academic research is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of hospital administration, healthcare policies, and management practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the academic growth of students.

Pay: ₹650.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
