- Responsibilities_
- _Supervise and lead a team of 10-15 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training._
- _Review the rebate payouts calculated by the team based on the customer contracts._
- _Sound of knowledge of Record to report process which includes month end close, booking of accrual/true ups and Balance sheet reconciliation on Blackline._
- _Review the Subledgers and reconciliation prepared by the team._
- _Prepare the management reporting and dashboard for the leadership._
- _Manage cross departments collaboration to streamline the process._
- _Review the process SOPs and get it approved from the client._
- _Customer Service, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting service-level agreements_
- _Implement processes to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively._
- _Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded._
- _Risk Management, Identify and mitigate potential risks._
- _Contract Lifecycle Management, utilize contract management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency._
- _Training and Development, Keep the team informed about new products, processes, or system changes._
- _Performance Monitoring, Monitor and assess the performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (SLAs/KPIs)_
- _Continuous Improvement, Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management function._
- _Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall contract management capabilities._
- _Communication and Stakeholder Management, effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders_
- Qualifications_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Commerce Graduate, preferably along with CA-Inter._
- _Ability to work on multiple ERP, master data and workflow solutions_
- _Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Relevant work experience in General Ledger_
- _Very good written and verbal communication skills_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions_
