Inviting applications for the role of Manager - RTR In this role, The Manager provides strategic oversight of RTR operations across multiple geographies. Ensures governance, compliance, and continuous improvement while acting as a trusted partner to finance leadership. Responsibilities . Talent retention and leadership pipeline. . Oversee RTR delivery across multiple regions/entities. . Prepare, review and Manage team's execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. . Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs for RTR. . Ensure robust control environment and compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP. . Lead global/strategic transformation projects. . Build and manage stakeholder relationships with Controllers, CFO, and auditors. . Drive digital finance initiatives (automation, AI, analytics). . Mentor Assistant Managers and build future leaders. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications . B.Com/Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance. . Relevant years of RTR/Controllership with global operations exposure. Experience managing large teams across geographies Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Strategic thinking and change management. . Excellent stakeholder influencing skills. . Strong project management and transformation delivery.
