Inviting applications for the role of Manager - RTR
In this role, The Manager provides strategic oversight of RTR operations across multiple geographies. Ensures governance, compliance, and continuous improvement while acting as a trusted partner to finance leadership.
Responsibilities

•    Talent retention and leadership pipeline.

•    Oversee RTR delivery across multiple regions/entities.

•    Prepare, review and Manage team's execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

•    Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs for RTR.

•    Ensure robust control environment and compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP.

•    Lead global/strategic transformation projects.

•    Build and manage stakeholder relationships with Controllers, CFO, and auditors.

•    Drive digital finance initiatives (automation, AI, analytics).

•    Mentor Assistant Managers and build future leaders.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•   B.Com/Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance.

•   Relevant years of RTR/Controllership with global operations exposure. Experience managing large teams across geographies
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Strategic thinking and change management.

•    Excellent stakeholder influencing skills.

•    Strong project management and transformation delivery.
