Job Requirement – SAP FI with Vertex:
  • Integrating systems: Leading the integration of Vertex indirect tax products with SAP Financial Systems
  • Analyzing business requirements: Translating tax requirements into product functionalities
  • Providing support: Offering consultative support and addressing client concerns
  • Managing projects: Developing project proposals, coordinating project activities, and providing project reports
  • Mentoring: Operating in a cross-team environment, guide other RTR team members for Tax items
  • Managing tax data: Managing SAP FI Vertex tax data
  • Designing alternatives: Designing, proposing and deploying alternatives
  • Understanding costs: Understanding the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, and speed
  • Ability to participate in calls during EST hours as required (Shift: 2:00 - 11:30 PM IST)
Preferred qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in SAP Tax, Vertex or other tax engine for North America
  • At least one full ERP to tax engine implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Vertex Accelerator and VENDORecon
  • SAP retail accounting knowledge is a plus
