Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee / Assistant Manager, RTR - Consolidation & External Reporting It is an individual contributor role. In this role, the person will be responsible for Close activities across various geographies and HFM entities and to provide support to Global Accounting Controllers, Finance Controllers, regional teams, group audit support, etc. Responsibilities .Working in close collaboration with the onshore teams, coordinating the Close process for various geographies across different time zones and teams, taking into account the local regulatory and organizational needs .Assist the onshore teams in managing the monthly consolidation process. This includes managing consolidation systems, eliminating intercompany transactions, equity and minority interest pick up, foreign exchange calculations and accounting adjustments (e.g. Tax Netting, etc) .Preparation of financial schedules and disclosures required as per Forms 10Q/10K for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing .Support the monthly and quarterly SOX and other certification processes .Support to other teams with-in Corporate during Lean period.
