**In this role, The Manager provides strategic oversight of RTR operations across multiple geographies. Ensures governance, compliance, and continuous improvement while acting as a trusted partner to finance leadership.**

**Responsibilities**

**Talent retention and leadership pipeline.**

**Oversee RTR delivery across multiple regions/entities.**

**Preparation and Manage team’s execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.**

**Establish governance frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs for RTR.**

**Ensure robust control environment and compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP.**

**Lead global/strategic transformation projects.**

**Build and manage stakeholder relationships with Controllers, CFO, and auditors.**

**Drive digital finance initiatives (automation, AI, analytics).**

**Mentor Assistant Managers and build future leaders.**

**Qualifications we seek in you**

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance.**

**Relevant years of RTR/Controllership with global operations exposure.**

**Experience managing large teams across geographies**

**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**

**Strategic thinking and change management.**

**Excellent stakeholder influencing skills.**

**Strong project management and transformation delivery.**
