- In this role, Sets the vision, strategy, and global operating model for RTR, ensuring financial integrity and compliance. Partners with the CFO and Finance leadership to deliver high-quality reporting and enable strategic decision-making._
- Responsibilities_
- _Define RTR strategy and align with organizational goals._
- _Preparation and Manage team’s execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting._
- _Lead RTR globally, covering accounting, closing, and reporting._
- _Drive digital transformation, process harmonization, and global standardization._
- _Ensure statutory, regulatory, and management reporting accuracy._
- _Represent RTR in Finance leadership forums and external audits._
- _Manage global teams, budgets, and resources._
- _Build strong succession pipelines and diverse leadership talent._
- _Strategic alignment and delivery of RTR goals._
- _Successful audit outcomes globally._
- _Cost and efficiency metrics improvement._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance._
- _Relevant years of progressive RTR/Finance leadership experience._
- _Proven track record in leading global RTR operations._
