We are urgently looking for Sales and Marketing Executive-Female only.

Job location: Baner,Pune

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Salary : Up to 32k plus incentives

Job description

Having skills to follow the leads and sales Marketing activities for prospective clients.
- Convert leads into sales.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Build an open-communication environment for you, your team & Clients Requirements:

- Selling experience preferably residential, flat, commercial, land.
- Knowledge about Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, Promotion, Campaign activities.
- Excellent communication skills and team handling capability.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
- Must have minimum 2 years working experience in Real Estate in marketing & sales profile.
- Ability to manage & lead the team.
- Should be Creative mind.
- Ability to use and adapt new method to generate leads and sales practices
- Good negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and branding.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation and sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
