**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Customer Service Executives ( Export ) : _
- to cordinate with exporters for handling sea/ air inquiries and sending quotation to them.
- to get the feedback on the quotation and negotiate with lines/nvocc and shippers for Closings /Nominations
- to cordinate with cha team ,shipping line and transporters for smoth process flow of the shipments
- to cordinate & negotiate with the coloader and shipping lines for the competitive freight and DO booking
- to resolve any dispute realated with charges in cordination with carriers ( sea/air)
- to get the carriers/coloaders debit note on time in orer to book the same in the systems for accounting purpose & close the jobs.
- to ensure better biz volume in cordination with existing as well as potential prospective clients
- to ensure shipper gets the BL on time after Payment received
- responsible as one focal point between inter branch operations
- should be graduate with minimum 5-6 years of experience as CS -Export in freight forwarding company

**_Customer Service Executives ( Import ) : _**
- to cordinate with Importers for handling sea/ air inquiries and sending quotation to them.
- to get the feedback on the quotation and negotiate with lines/nvocc and Importers for Closings /Nominations
- to cordinate with cha team ,shipping line and transporters for smoth process flow of the shipments
- to cordinate & negotiate with the overseas agents /coloader for the competitive freight and containers booking
- to resolve any dispute realated with charges in cordination with overseas agents ( sea/air)
- to get the agents debit note on time in orer to book the same in the systems for aacounting purpose & close the jobs.
- to ensure better biz volume in cordination with existing as well as potential prospective clients
- to ensure importers gets the BL on time after Payment received
- responsible as one focal point between inter branch operations
- Handling Import Documentation & Import-Operation of Sea consignments.
- Sending DSR to Clients & co-ordination over the phone
- Preparing all Types of Bill of Entry's & filing on Icegate.
- Submitting E-sanchit import document on Iecgate system & submitting custom query replies.
- Handling Custom clearance and Operations of Import consignments individually.
- Co-ordination with customs clerks, Docks clerks for import clearance.
- Checklist check & sending to cllent for approval.
- Odex DO request & Invoicing
- should be graduate with minimum 5-6 years of experience as CS -Import in freight forwarding company

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
